In order to further minimize waste, Wave does not come with a power adapter. Included in the box is a Laifen Wave Magnetic Charger to USB-C Cable that is compatible with standard USB‑C power adapters and computer ports.
We encourage you to use any compatible USB-C power adapter that you already have at home.

What does the 1 year warranty entail?
Laifen offers a 1-year limited warranty for both the Laifen electric toothbrush and its magnetic charging cable. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your product fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that depending on the availability of stock, the replacement unit may come in a different color or be an equivalent model. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.
Is the Laifen Wave toothbrush waterproof?
The Laifen Wave toothbrush has an IPX7 waterproof rating. This IPX7 rating signifies that the product can stay submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.
What's the difference between the different models?
The motor parameters and functional design of the brushes are identical, meaning the user experience across all models is the same. However, the feel and texture of the brushes differ due to the materials used. Additionally, the Stainless Steel and Aluminum Alloy models come with transparent brush heads, whereas the ABS models have opaque brush heads.
What's the difference between the three different brush heads?
Gum Care (CS): Gentle cleaning experience that's soft on the gums.
Super-Clean (GS): Efficient cleaning that meets daily brushing needs.
Ultra-Whitening (US): Powerful cleaning to polish and whiten teeth.
All three brush heads are available in transparent or opaque models. These variations differ in appearance only and will not provide a different brushing experience.
How often should I change the brush heads, and how do I replace them?
It is recommended to replace the brush head everythree monthsor when the bristles become deformed. If the brush head is damaged or deformed, please replace it. The Super-Clean and Ultra-Whitening brush heads feature indicator bristles that remind you to change brush heads when the color fades. Please be aware that the Laifen Wave electric toothbrush is NOT compatible with brush heads from other brands, you can purchase brush head replacements from our official website. How long does the Laifen Wave take to fully charge and how long does the battery last?
Equipped with dual lithium-ion batteries and a magnetic charging method, the Laifen Wave can be fully charged in approximately 2.5 hours. When used on medium settings twice a day for two minutes each time, the battery will last for up to 30 days. Search "Laifen" on your relevant app store to download the app, the Laifen App currently requires logging in through either email or phone number. Simply open the app, register using your email or phone number, and after receiving the verification code, you can log in. What age groups is the Laifen Wave suitable for?
It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age or the elderly to use this product.
